Please note that this is a private home, not a hotel-style property. Guests have access to the entire home except for one clearly marked private room on the ground floor. Please use the home respectfully and only access the areas intended for guest use. I give guests space and privacy during their stay, but I am available through Airbnb messages if needed. Chiang Mai’s climate can naturally bring dust, insects, and outdoor environmental factors from time to time. As with many older homes in Thailand, occasional odor from older plumbing or drainage systems may occur depending on weather and usage. We do our best to manage this, but it may not always be completely eliminated. Additional housekeeping during the stay is available upon request as a paid service. For stays of 1–6 nights, electricity is included in the nightly rate. For stays of 7 nights or longer, electricity is included within a fair-use allowance. Excessive use may be charged separately based on meter readings and the local utility rate.
